Skin Stretch / Increment Forming

For single contour skins, cones, and leading edges AAP has personnel experienced in the art of increment forming (Bump forming). This process is capable of producing single contour skins without the need for expensive tooling. For multiple contour skins, AAP Erco skin stretch forming machines are capable of forming skins with complex shapes up to 12 feet.
